de-clutter/organize services:
$50/hour for initial consultation; includes written report that designates stages, estimated cost for time & materials and proposed timeline for completion.
$30/hour for labor, whether working alone or with client.
accessorize/re-design services:
$50/hour for initial consultation; includes written report that designates stages, estimated cost for time & materials and proposed timeline for completion.
$30/hour for labor, whether working alone or with client.
seller/Realtor® staging services:
$50/hour for initial consultation; includes written report that outlines all interior & exterior changes to be made for optimal selling appeal.
$30/hour for labor, whether working alone or with client.
relocation services:
$50/hour for initial consultation; includes written report that outlines proposed floor plan of new space, unpacking & set up of remaining pieces, etc.
$30/hour for labor, whether working alone or with client.
**NOTE: should project require heavy lifting or hauling, those tasks will be sub-contracted out for a separate fee at additional cost to client.
** I am available for consultation only or will work with or for the client to purchase furnishings and accessories, hang artwork, install window treatments, rearrange current décor, etc.
** A 50% deposit is required prior to start of project should new or additional furniture, artwork, accessories, window treatments, etc. need to be purchased.
